Salesperson 18-month Conditional Requirement

If you received a new salesperson license before 10/1/07 and have not completed all of the required coursework, this is the renewal for you. The state of California requires that you complete the Real Estate Practice course and one other college-level course within 18-months of getting your salesperson’s license issued.
